It’s been a busy few weeks for Baroness guitarist Pete Adams. First, he was revealed to be the “special guest” guitarist that has been teased to tour with Samhain, Glenn Danzig’s post Misfits – pre solo artist metal/horror punk outfit. They’re part of Riot Fest Chicago‘s insanely stacked lineup and will be playing a handful of other cities across the U.S.. Here’s hoping that Pete has a high tolerance for being covered in fake blood.
It was also announced that Pete’s other (other other, maybe?) band, Valkyrie, has signed to the influential metal label Relapse Records. The band deals in classic twin guitar heavy rock and metal and expects to release an eight song full length album in early 2015.
